Drive down to your local paint store and purchase a couple gallons of
Toluene.  On occasion, I have purchased a tank of 91 octane gas that
causes my car to ping like crazy!  I then pour in a couple of gallons
(two for a full tank of gas) and the pinging goes away.  For a little
