[s-cars] Temp and Fuel gauge problems

In extremis, you will have to trace the circuits on the board and check
whether there is a critical break on a trace. On 90qs, these are often
found at the lamp positions, although I once found one where the board
took a slight height transition.
Your clue is that both gauges fail together, so either their ground
circuits or power circuits are where I would follow traces. (This
assumes that you have determined that they don't have failed fuses.)
