[s-cars] A8L vs 745iL vs S500

Got invited by Motor Trend to try out all three of the above cars this
last Sunday.

As expected, the 745iL is the best handling car from all three.  The
ARS (active roll system) does really make the car corner with very
minimal roll.  Coming out of the 745 to the A8L makes you feel like yo
are riding a boat.  Even with the A8L suspension set to "Dynamic", the
car is simply too soft and wallowy.  But the surprise of the day was
that the S500 felt much more nimble and handle better than the A8 on
the performance track layout that we tried that afternoon.

The 6 speed tiptronic on three Audi also felt the slowest of the three
(BMW being the most responsive).  On some occasion even with the gas
pedal flat all the way, the tranny still hesitate before downshifting.

However, the Audi has I felt the best ergonomic and control layout.
The BMW has the worst (non-intuitive).
