Bill:
Pin guides and boots are available from Rod at TPC, the come in a Lucas/girling box.

Bullocks ( to quote my S2 list brethren).
Problem is moisture getting through the seal and corroding the ebrake mechanism shaft.
A stronger spring will not prevent the corrosion from occurring.
It may prolong the operation of the caliper before it either needs to be rebuilt or replaced, however.

Rebuilt rear calipers can be bought from suppliers for less than $150 each. The jury is out on how well they have been rebuilt
( I needed to repack the ebrake mechanism on three year old calipers rebuilt by Morse (mounted on the Indigo wagon))

Its critical when rebuilding the calipers to completely disassemble the mechanism, clean, polish, regrease the ebrake bore with waterproof high temp brake grease, and if necessary, replace the shaft seal ( I posted a Chicago Rawhide part number 6405 (CR 16x24x7 HMS4 R) available from NAPA for $3...)

Having examined and rebuilt a number of these now, i think that Audi could have used a better quality seal and a better, waterproof grease to deter corrosion.
