[s-cars] Eibachs for Avant

I just recently had the Bilstien shocks grooved and a ring installed to
allow me to set the height.
Worked well, and since I had no spacer...

The cars sits nice now, but I could use the next groove and pump up the back
about 1/2 inch or so.
