1. High-stress Concrete Pavement, preferably with a structure atop of
it, like a bigger garage.
2. Tarmac. Pave over your yard and build a small-loop track around the
house. Include spectator stands.

In a pinch, use your all-wheel drive to repeatedly burn the weeds with
your tires.
