The welding is what occurs at the control arm mounting point for the heim
link.  This isn't required, as you can just drill and tap it, which is how the
factory attaches this part on the 92's.  I was going to both weld it and bolt
it, but as it turns out, I've never gotten around to welding it.  The bolts have
worked just fine.

I've got about 8k miles now on my install.  The way I see it, it's all blue
skies.  No rattles, no adverse effects on the ride... nothing except greatly
improved handling (IMHO).
