Hi Guys, need to vent.

First off, I order two front HD shocks, and tool kit for the timing belt
change. I receive the HD shocks(without boots), only they're REAR shocks. I
send them back. I ask them to credit back my credit card...but they tell me
that it will 14 days...and add 7-9 days to that. Expect to see the credit in 4
billing cycles.

Excuse me? They sent the wrong part, and I have to bear the full brunt of their

policy? no no no.

But I thought, nah forget it, yo, Holmes, to Bel Air!


They asked for the tool kit to be sent back by 7/14/2003. The package gets
their 7/14/03. It's Friday, 7/18/03. I still haven't been credit back, and i'm
STILL waiting for them to call me back. damn automated customer service(I hate
this the most)

So my order was placed 06/24/2003. And i'm still out $589.00...

not a lot of money...but a lot for a poor student like myself.


GRR! Just say no to Blau! Next time, it's SJM for sure...even if I have to pay
a little bit more.
