[s-cars] Novel Ways ti Keeps Seat Bolster Looking Good

My '91 CQ and S6 have sport seats and both are showing significant seat wear
on the drivers side bolster.

Any thoughts on how I can eliminate this problem.

Any experience out there on taking a bolster from the other side or covering
or spraying the bolster with a sealant product?

Any thoughts to eliminate this problem would be appreciated.
