Guys,
I have this problem where boost will spike up to 30psi sometimes.  Mostly,
though, it goes up to 25 or so and then it stumbles.  If I stay at half throttle
and only push 15psi, it is very smooth, so I've rules out ignition issues.

Any ideas?  Car is full RS2, by the way.  Could I have installed the
wastegate wrong?  All hoses to and from the wgfv look to be okay.
