That sux.  Reminds me of my incident when I lost my
alternator belt during a snowstorm in NJ. Same deal
with having the turnpike authority not allowing AAA
on the NJ Turnpike.

I'm not sure I'd have done it with 4 inches of snow on
the ground, and more coming down fast, even if I had
the tools.
