[s-cars] Looking for belly pan

Note everyone that not only is the belly pan retained in the rear by
three screws, and at the sides by two pair of dzus fasteners, and at the
front by clips on the bumper, but there are supposed to be two screws
near the front of the pan holding it to the vehicle.  These screws are
retained to the belly pan by rubber washers when the pan is removed.
