[s-cars] Delta Radio woes - question

I think there's been a string on this before, but...

The Delta Bose radio in my 95.5 sedan is driving me
crazy.  As the temperature goes up - ambient air
temperature - the reception goes away.  AM completely
disappears above 60 degrees and FM fades away when the
temp goes above 75 degress.

Anyone else had these problems. Could it be the
antenna in the rear window?  Window is tinted, could
that be part of the problem?

I may have a line on a friend's used head unit, so....

Any help is most appreciated.
