[s-cars] What rims are these?

Isn't ET48 alot of offset?  Does it need spacers of some kind?

18x8" ET48 wheels from the S8, with different center
caps installed, like those used on the 6-split-spoke
wheels of the A6 2.7T (16x7" ET45).
