greetings all,
       my 95 s6 avant's turning over but she's not starting.  checked the
fuse for the fuel pump and it's good.  didn't smell any fuel in the engine bay.
mashed and held the pedal the fourth time i attempted to start her up.  i gave
up after the 8th try, each attempt about seven seconds or so long.
       the night before though, the check engine light came on momentarily
while the engine was running, after i arrived at my destination.  i shut the
engine off, waited a few seconds, and it cranked but no start up.  waited a few
minutes and it started up nicely.  worked well the rest of the evening too but
this morning: kaput.  of course that's when i really needed the
transportation.
       any suggestions, advice from this group?  it will be appreciated,
thanks.  -mike
