[s-cars] ISO A4 help in Northern Virginia

Greetings gents,

I have a friend in the Vienna / Fairfax / Reston area that has a '98 A4.
She is getting an increasing whine upon steering input (varies directly
with the amount of lock).

Can anyone recommend any shops or stealers in her area?

I'd sign one of you guys up to help her out, but she's married. Seriously,
if you happen to be nearby and can lend an ear, lemme know.
