I will be replacing my shift knob soon and at first glance was wondering ho=
w to remove the boot.  Do I pry out the black, rectangular ring surrounding=
 the boot on the floor console, or does the leather boot pull out separatel=
y=2E  I looked to Bentley for this info but it wasn't very clear.  TIA
