[s-cars] Brake disc thickness

Well, keep in mind that they're only publishing what Audi provides them.
Unlike the manuals for the more high volume cars Bentley doesn't have any
part in preparing the content of these manuals.  Remember, if it says
"Official" in the title then it is a reprint of an Audi or VW repair manual.
If not, then they rewrote it, and usually with a lot more detail.
