[s-cars] Timing Belt - Well Done!

I guess I have another opinion. When I did the belts on my 3B (S2), I took
off the front spoiler, the IC, the T-piece that goes across the top and
front of the Aux radiator and moved the Aux radiator to the side w/o
detaching it. This basically lays the entire front bare and gives a clear
shot at everything. If you know what you are doing, you can remove all those
parts in 60-70 minutes and have completely unencumbered access to everything
you need to work on. I think it may be different for different models.

I really hate working in cramped spaces so the extra time is well worth it
for me. I think I even may have come out even because the time it took to
remove the parts may have saved time in the work itself.

I don't know why you have to take the front off. We just unfastened the top
of the radiator and it gave us just enough room to do the job without taking
anything else off.
