[s-cars] Samco hoses, again

They get thier hoses from the same distributor as ECS, and are quite a bit
more expensive.  I got them to match ECS's price, but the "for you I'll
match thier price" seems kinda weak.  I'd expect them to beat their price,
or why go to them?  Audi suppliers don't seem to get that.
