Would an imported French, who drinks beer, wine and alcohol whatever the
day of the week - or the time in the day - is entitled to be part of the
Upper North Mafia.

P.S.: I don't know about pure real Quebecers but, as an impure imported
French, I would be glad to let our dear Colorado listers monopolize all
the pleasure of Celine and would even allow them to buy one or two cheap
Canadian urS - but no more - if they promess to maintain this monopoly
for the next 5, let say 10 years.

I think we need to enact the upper north mafia.
I am going to send down the signal from our Canadian Mafia Satellite
Services, (ok ok so it's really just a Tim Horton's doughnut but WTF...

gather all the Canadian S-Cars that seem to get pulled down there into

there united states.
Unless you all start buying our beef again, and oh ya you all have to
