I asked Tom at ECS this question a while back and he said they had not found
a way to use the NeuS4 front calipers on the UrS4's and S6's. I think that it
may be an issue with the way the caliper is mounted, the UrS4 brake is mounted
in the front of the wheel, the NeuS4 calipers are mounted to the back of the
wheel.
