[s-cars] No start help please

Folks,
Just got back from Buenos Aires, went out to pick up the change O pace chinese food and the trusty avant just died.
Stumbled then died into the parking spot (at least) and would not restart.
It is getting spark.  I pulled injector fuel rail and it did not appear to be getting fuel which I would imagine would be fairly obvious even at dusk.
I pulled out the fuel pressure regulator and there was fuel there but I couldnt say if it was getting fuel to the rail while cranking.  It is the original fpr.
First thought was cam position sensor and second was MFTS.
I sure could use some thoughts on what I might test for.  Or at least what the possiblilities might be.

ps  Since this was the maiden voyage of the Hapersized Rear Sway Bar,  (neighbors son installed while I was gone, I wonder if some fuel line or sensor could have gotten messed up during install??

Also, during the ever so brief 8 minute run, initial sway bar
thought impression is that it performs very well.  Alot less sway.  I used the second middle hole.
