[s-cars] A-Pillar Boost Gauge Suggestions?

What?  That's not right.  Call Eric @ SPP.  You may need to explain that the
trim is the same as the C4 S4.  Although, I've not verified the S6 A-pillar
is the same as the S4, but I don't see why not.
