[s-cars] 16 inch avus repro source?

Try Discount Tire.  I bought a set of the 16" AVUS knock -off rims from
Discount two years ago or so.  The offset is slightly different than OE,
requiring a minimal spacer in order to fit over the 993tt / A8 rotors.
Without a brake enhancement, the "fit" is fine.
