[s-cars] RS2 Injectors

Mark, I have recently gone the RS2 route, and I can tell you there is a
great deal of difference between simply "keeping" all the parameters within
limit vs. "optimizing" your software to work w/ your specific hardware
combo.
I drove my S6 Avant w/ full RS2 +Stromung for the first time while running
MTM Stage 1+. Car felt good above 4000, but very flat below that. I switched
to boost and timing chips that were specifically designed for the new
hardware, and whoooaaaa mama, different car. Waaaaay more torque down low,
boost comes on at 3500 instead of 4000. Just as you say, the ECU was talking
to the O2 sensor, the MAF, the injectors, making compensations in both
setups. But the difference between them was profound. YMMV.
