[s-cars] Fumoto Valve (a solution?)

I installed a Fumoto valve on my 1995 S6 (Aug 94 build date) with the
car on ramps.  I had to temporarily remove the cable sleeve attachment
screws, but the valve missed the sway bar.  My Fumoto valve is not the
nipple type, which I have heard about only now.  What I can't remember
is if I had to put the valve lever in a particular orientation.
