[s-cars] For Sale, etc

The problem stems from the fact that the original for sale post was cross-
posted between the S-car list, Q-list, and others.  While the q-list is a bit
more uptight about this and for sale posts are strictly verboten, the folks on
the S-car list are more laissez faire and generally welcome ads.  While we may
be both on Audifans now, the rules are not the same between the two lists, and
personally I would not welcome a change to the status quo on the S-car list
with regard to posting ads.
