Men
I think it's time again for a new thermostat and flush. I think the
proper technique is on the SJM site, but I wonder how to pressurize the
system? Is there a proper fitting cap or adapter that I could use
available somewhere? I thought the motive brake bleeder would be great
but the cap threads of course just don't quite make it:(
Also; is now the time to change the MFTS even though the old one 'looks'
okay? I presume a deep socket should be used to remove it?
And finally at the risk of beating one very dead horse, the recent
thread/s WRT pink vs green coolant left off with me thinking that the
latest audi pink can now be used to replace all other coolants per some
service tech bulletin. Pink would match my Hawaiian shirt. Is there a
consensus on which coolant?
TIA!

Ps FWIW This looks to be the least expensive net source for Castrol SRF
brake fluid @$57/liter.
