[s-cars] proper offset for 17" wheels

I understand that the proper offset for a 17 X 8 wheel
on an urs4 or urs6 should be et 35.  That being said,
I see a lot of neu s4 wheels with an et45 (I think)
offset.  Will these fit?  I guess more specifically,
will neu s4 Avus wheels fit an urs4/6?  Over big reds?
