[s-cars] Questions about the 9005 bulb "trick"

I've done this.  The obvious effect is that it softens the formerly very
crisp cutoff at the top of the beam, replacing it with a soft, thin,
orangish line.  It's not a problem.  And I'm not really able to tell if the
light got any brighter or not.
