I have the same experience with M1 0W-40. Less oil consumption than M1
15W-50.
Even in Ca summer, when the engine is at operating temperature, the oil
pressure gauge is going to show slightly below the 2 Bar line with the
0W-40 and right at the 2 Bar line with the 15W-50. Several years ago
when I was using Castrol Syntec 5W-50, once in a while I will get the
low oil pressure warning light at idle usually after several WOT runs.
