[s-cars] water leaking from sunroof assembly

After a heavy rain, I noticed water dripping from between the plastic
sunroof control assumbly (where map lights are located) and the headliner.
It seems that the water is pooling inside the assembly (drips faster when I
turn).

I've read about clogged sunroof drains.  Could this be related?
