Yes, life is better after the HID upgrade.

The separate igniter with this kit is a bit of a PITA but the price is
good - the kit I used has the igniter integrated into the ballast and runs
high voltage wires to the bulb.

Just a quick note...the P-car heads over on the Rennlist (www.rennlist.org)
are having a group purchase on HID upgrades. $380 for an H1 (eurolamp)
upgrade.

I'd consider doing it, but I'm a bit leery of lobotomizing the bulb out
system. Is life really that much better after this upgrade?
