The lights for the seat heaters should be illuminated when the car
running lights are on, as should the rest. The bulb out warning light
can occur whenever different types of bulbs (brands, etc) are used and
when replacing brake/blinker/running lights, you should always replace
them as a pair, as the system checks power draws from one side against
the other to calculate whether a bulb is bad (2 GE bulbs + 1 Sulivan
does not equal 2 Bosch + 1 GE in power draw, ergo warning light).
Since you just got the car, there is the possibility that there are a
set of lights out that you are not noticing (running lights of some
sort), but it is unlikely.
