[s-cars] Canadian/European Backup Light Bulbs?

Maybe not so stupid :-) I tried out those 1156 50W "back-up" bulbs as well,
but I don't remember having to re-wire anything into the socket. I found
them bright, but only when shining sideways, not straight back. Since the
backup lights don't have any reflectors, I personally didn't see much of an
improvement considering the cost.

I'm sure you can find those bulbs at any of your local autoparts stores.
