[s-cars] RE: CD00 error

So I thought I'd have to replace this unit, but prior to doing so, I pulled
it from the car and took it apart. I was able to manually eject the
cartridge using a screwdriver and the mechanism underneath the cartridge.
Then I reinstalled the unit. That seemed to have reset the unit and it works
fine now!
