You could do worse. The NRWs are a very good snow tire. I bought a set a
couple of years ago for winter use only, and was rather surprised at their
dry performance. If you could only run a single set of tires summer and
winter, these would be it.
Your challenge will be to choose the right size. For a snow tire, a 205/55
16" is the correct size, for a summer tire, you'll want a 225/50 16". The
latter is too wide for snow, the former is a bit narrow - which is one of
several reasons to run dedicated snows.
