Kevin,
I would suspect a POS/PSO (power stage output) before a coil.
Assuming that symtoms are a missing cylinder, sequently disconnect each
injector.  When idle does not get worse while wire is disconnected
that's the culprit cylinder.
There are two pso's with 3 connections on each under the black plastic
firewall cover.  Since you have 5 cylinders that leaves one good open
connection with which to switch the bad cylinder connection to the
previously unused pso connection.  Search the archives or maybe someone
can point you to this procedure.  Its pretty easy IIRC.  And cheaper
than a $275 pso from the stealer.
If it is a coil I think Hap may have been overserved a few of these
recently.
