I'm running a set of 5 mm spacers on the front of my car, with 7x16 wheels
and 205/55 16 winter snows. I don't need to run these in the summer, as my
summer wheels (S4 16x8) clear my brakes.

No problem at all. I got everything from Euro Car Service, spacers and
bolts.
