Yup, that's exactly what I'm talking about. Salt get stuck between the fuel line and the rubber mount and it rots away until it springs a leak. So far it seems to be a dealer only item (for OEM that is...), and pricey... holy fuel lines batman! the dealer next to me wants $303 CAD... Hmmm maybe it's worth it to buy some nice stainless steel lines and flare them after all.

Cheers, /James.

James,

If you are refering to the fuel lines under the car suspended by rubber
mounts, I had this exact same problem on my 1985 Audi 5000CS, I
remedied it by replacing the lines with new lines from NAPA....Just
swapped out the fittings on the ends and reflard the lines, worked like
a charm...Depending on your application you may need to join to lines
together.
