Okay -- too much for me, anyway.
But keep going, please. As a favour, I'll pull the thread together and host
it as a FAQ, along with all the other easy, and sometime nutty questions us
neophytes ask.

More information: lot size is 62'x125' Local ordinances require small (can
only build some % of total area), no pits, height restrictions,
architectural restrictions, (like no steel roll-top door, but carriage-style
is very likely). Must allocate room for strollers, bikes, skis, gas grill,
garden tools, pressure washer, etc. Besides tinkering, the biggest
maintenance job expected is putting the snow tires on.
