[s-cars] Steering boost/Servotronic

bob,
those instructions are spot-on. the only thing i would add is that the
green relay is on the right hand side, and you have to open the glove box
to see it. the connector is visible even with the glove box closed.
i just disconnected it, but haven't driven the car yet.
