Subject: [s-cars] How to patch leaky gas line?

I unclipped all the rubber mounts under the car, took
1 minute. I then took my low profile tubing cutter, $7
at hardware store plumbing section. Cut out a 2 inch
section and slide the fuel injection hose and clamps
over it. The low profile tubing cutter is only 2" long
so there is room. Don't buy the larger size or you
can't pull the tube down enough to spin it. Guess you
need to add the $7 tubing cutter price to my $15
repair. That means it will cost you $22 to fix the
lines by the el cheapo method.
