Duh! Forgot something very important:

A concrete surface coating to prevent the concrete from degrading (and
from absorbing oils, etc). I've used Grainger supplied epoxy concrete
paints (with and without grit coats, can't remember which brand(s)) in
the past, but all this talk about POR-15 led me to discover that they
also carry a line of concrete barriers of the same nature.
