[s-cars] emissions testing - rpm signal

Using a VAG 1551/ShadeTree/VAG-COM tool one of the DataBlock's I cannot remember exact one..as you can just cycle though to find its pretty easy to locate.

So I took the S4 in for emissions testing and the
mechanic at the local Texaco was dumbfounded as he
couldn't find a way to hook the tester up so it could
monitor the engine speed.

Anyone remember from the last time their S4/S6 was
emissions tested where abouts on the car they found a
good RPM signal?
