Enthusiasts:
I want to update you on my transmission whine in case your car is also whin=
ing.  On the advice of a lister I changed the oil (used Amsoil Marine GL-4)=
 and added 4+ ounces of Militec.  Immediately the whine was not any better =
but now (3 weeks later) may have lessened slightly.  Then again, the improv=
ement may be simply due to the fact that it's finally warmed up above freez=
ing here in cold Alberta.  I was contemplating buying a used tranny from on=
e of you fine people but believe I will try the rebuild route.  Thanks to t=
hose who offered trannys to purchase.
