[s-cars] Wheel/tire size question (formerly "another tire question")

OK so I'll go with two sets. Should I use a narrower wheel and/or tire for
the snows? Should I just buy new (bigger) wheels for summer and use
originals for winter? If so, what are the recommended wheel/tire sizes?
Need to buy summer tires soon so that's why I'm asking.

Thanks always,
