I installed mine three-times back-to-back before I got the right
combination of spacers and fumoto washer to get it to fit well (i.e. -
in such a way that it opened & closed without flaw). The oil pan on the
93 Audi 100S has a rib or bump that sticks out just far enough to be a
PIA when mounting the fumoto, so I ended up with the following combo:
Oil Pan - Brass Washer - Brass Washer - Blue Fumoto Washer - Fumoto
Valve.
This permitted me to have the valve rotated to a position I can reach
readily.
