It really depends on your requirements, in terms of brake clearance and
the like, as well as your driving conditions in the winter.

For stock brakes and heavy snow, I'd go with the factory winter setup,
15x7 (?) with 195/65R15 Nokian Hakka Q. That would be one of the most
extreme setups.

I'm running 17" wheels for brake clearance and thus am running 225/45R17
Nokian NRW-H as I usually don't see a lot of snow in the winter and have
thus chosen a much more dry-biased setup, although I'd go with the
205/50R17
Dunlop Wintersport M3 if I were to do it again, as these tires are far
too
wide for snow.

OK so I'll go with two sets.  Should I use a narrower wheel and/or tire
for the snows?  Should I just buy new (bigger) wheels for summer and use
originals for winter?  If so, what are the recommended wheel/tire sizes?
Need to buy summer tires soon so that's why I'm asking.
